Mindfulness Practice

Ramya has volunteered to conduct this Mindfulness Practice session contributing her time and skills where the proceeds of the registration fee will go to ArtSparks Foundation.

ArtSparks Foundation is an educational non-profit that works to support the development of 21st Century learning and life skills in children using the medium of visual art & design.

What you will learn from the session: 1. What does mindfulness mean to you? 2. Daily mindfulness practices 3. Connection between mindfulness and breath 4. Learn to focus on your thoughts and sensations 5. Go through mindfulness meditation

Materials required: A4 sheets, pen, colour pencils, crayons.
